Hey guys,

As this issue has been already reported to our development team, in order to aid us in further investigation, I would like to ask you to provide us with the following information:

1. Internet connectivity (do they have a firewall, VPN?)
2. Internet speed
3. Internet provider
4. Do you have a PB when joining the servers? What about Winter Campaign?

Hello everyone,

I'm sorry you are affected by this, our team are still investigating the cause.

From the support cases and discussions I have seen so far I do believe this to be a connectivity issue, which can be resolved with troubleshooting. However, we're forwarding as much information we can to our devs so we can be sure.
