[2022] ELO resetted on ranked matchmaking

I was playing some Ranked lately and i was master 1 with 3150 ELO more or less. After my pc crashed i had to redownload windows.
When i logged back in to ubisoft connect and trackmania i saw that my ELO got sent back to 3000, the required amount to Still be master 1.
At first i was a bit annoyed but i carried on with the grind so i played a match and lost without being mvp, i got +0 and still had 3000 ELO

I feel like either there's a bug or it's just spaced out. Is there a way to reset my ELO back as it was? Is there a way to fix the rankings and points i get after a race?
