I would like to report a bug that happen to me since the last update.
When I go on online servers like COTD, Arcarde Room... and at the moment I click on a player's name to see its profile on the scoreboard tab, the game instantly freezes and crashes.
There's no way to get back to the race, the games just freezes on the scoreboard tab and nothing else happens.

I tested this myself in a club room and Arcade room but could not replicate the crash.
Could you please try verifying your game files to check if this is caused by a corrupted or missing file? This guide should show you how to do this in your launcher > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060529
Should that step not work, does this crash happen every time you select another player's profile? If so, can you capture a video of this for us?
Could you also list your computer specs and let us know if you use OpenPlanet or any other mods/plugins with the game?
@Steexow Hey! Thanks for providing this video to us so we could get a better idea of what was going on here. It is strange that the game freezes up/crashes as soon as you click on a player's profile in-game. If you haven't yet, I'd suggest that you go ahead and try all of the troubleshooting steps in our guide here.
