I'm sorry you're not able to use your created skin!
Are you getting an error when trying to equip the skin or do you not have the option to equip it at all? If you could provide images or video of you trying to equip the skin in game that would be helpful!
I'd also advise some general troubleshooting to see if this helps resolve the issue!

We've got a support article describing how to use custom skins over here, just to make sure you're doing this in the way we'd recommend. If it still doesn't work, can you tell me what happens when you try to use your skin you've created? How far in the process do you get before it stops working? Is any error message shown? With this information, I'll be able to give some troubleshooting steps to help us get to the bottom of this
