So this has been a bug that has been there since the early days of the game. When you hide the interface, if you cross the finish line and immediately open the menu, the menu doesn't show up and the game freezes. No button press solves the issue, the only solution is to restart the game.
Also, when we hide the interface, why do we have to press the Show/Hide interface button twice to show the interface again ? It's like a 3-states system when there should only be 2 states : interface on or off.
