Hey,
I just saw that on the 01-02-21 TOTD "Orbit", I didn't register any time on the leaderboard (the one you see in the solo map selection), even though I played the TimeAttack and Knockout. I did set a time on that map before it was TOTD, and I didn't improve it during that day. Could it be that because I didn't improve it, it wasn't added to the TOTD leaderboard?

Hello!

I'm not yet sure if this is intended behaviour, however we can certainly look into it for you.

Do you recall if your time was on the leaderboard, prior to it being made TOTD?

Hey guys,

Thank you for getting back to us and further clarifying!

I believe a new designated leaderboard while it's TOTD is intended and current times aren't set to carry over, however, we can certainly pass this on as feedback to the team as a feature that you'd like to see implemented in future!

Hello. I appreciate you getting back to us and letting us know your thoughts.

First of all, I agree that you should be able to keep a time regardless of whether the track is made TOTD and TheBerry forwarded that suggestion for you.

To confirm - You set a time for Everest a few days ago and it was still shown in the leaderboard today? That doesn't seem like intended behaviour so I'll forward it to our team for investigation, thank you very much!

This screenshot confuses me a bit actually. In the menu, I have an empty field for the map, although my time is at the top. The time got only added when I joined the map in solo mode. After I had left the COTD server, I was not in the list at all.

Edit: This is what I get 20 minutes later

Now you see the second issue I described. I'm ranked now, but it's the 41.7 I set a few weeks ago. It's unfair to the other players in Hamburg.

Note that on "Orbit" (see my initial post), I stayed unranked.

As you can see, it's not quite easy to report these issues
Hey!

I understand it's not easy at all to report, but you're doing a brilliant job so thank you. It's also difficult to understand in theory; the images really help.

These images and your explanation have been forwarded to our team. Our production team will of course be able to investigate much better I can, and we'll determine where the issue lies.

Enjoy your day!

Hello again!

Our team got back to us to say it is actually intended for your time to show on the leaderboard before the track becomes TOTD.

When the season starts, your personal best is used to create the season.
