Through some investigation, we've found that many Tenno using the Internet Service Providers, Claro and Net, are experiencing issues with chat on PlayStation 4.
Upon communication with the development and technical teams, we do not have any outages or wide spread issues with Warframe on PS4 at this time. This suggests that the issue may be region specific and with your Internet Service Providers. As a next step, we recommend contacting them for technical assistance as their tools allow to properly diagnose issues on their network.
We apologize we can't offer more support for the situation, thank you Tenno.

Once we have sent to Cert and cleared it we'll have an idea of when the Operation will begin for you all on consoles. Once its live you will have 4 weeks to play the Operation 🙂

We understand your concerns and respect you championing for us to hold until we've gotten into a good spot with Scarlet Spear. Hey Tenno! Some of you started experiencing login issues yesterday shortly after Hotfix 27.3.4 launched on PC. It resolved itself not too long afterwards but we are still seeing some activity and reports from you this morning that tells us issues are persisting.
We are investigating and will continue to monitor and update you here. We apologize for the service interruptions - thank you for your patience!
Update 9:50 AM ET: We think we found the culprit! Login issues are dropping. It might take you a bit longer than usual to get past the login load in, but you should be in the clear now!

The Operation, once live, will run for 4 weeks on PS4 🙂
The only pre-requisite to playing the Operation is that you are Mastery Rank 3. You don't need a Railjack necessarily because you can squad up with a Host who does have one for the Murex raids.
The first Operation of 2020 is in development for PS4! We are grabbing everything from the recently released 27.3.0 update on PC, which of course includes Operation: Scarlet Spear and much more!
Once we have sent it to Cert we will update this thread with the news and include the total download size so that you have time to manage space if needed. Now let's get into what you can expect with Operation: Scarlet Spear: 27.3.0.
