After some investigation, the Xbox Series X/S acts similar to the Xbox One where after selecting to download the respective language files, a relaunch of Warframe will apply the language change.
Please let me know if this does not work as stated!

Changes:
Increased resolution and quality of the Heavy Blade Grimstone Cleaver TennoGen Skin.
Increased resolution of Teshin's textures (because you know he's handsome).
Improved the look of sprinting in Archwing missions with your Arch-melee weapon equipped to showcase more body movement instead of being rather static.
Fixes:
Fixed ability to kill a Junction Specter before they’ve even had a chance to stand up, which could cause a script error.
Fixed Saryn’s Toxic Lash and Xata's Whisper Status Effect procs from also proc'ing the other.

The team has a potential fix for this issue, but it does require a Cert build and of course some more thorough testing to be 100% verified.
Unfortunately we don't have a guaranteed workaround at the moment. Some helpful Tenno in this thread have found success with different solutions that are worth a try if you're experiencing this issue.
