Because we plan to change it in the near future, we're not currently working on the change.
[BUG] Whenever I go into the paint sign mode, stroke thickness and strength are on their weakest setting, yet the UI usually shows them somewhere else (e.g. on the strongest).
I have to change both settings back and forth to be able to paint, every time.

This was due to an optimization pass on horses. We'll look at improving this going forward.

[BUG] My horses are eating pumpkins at a rate of 1 every 7ish seconds. Put 120 pumpkins in a trough, came back less than an hour later, they were all gone. Replenished them, checked back after a minute or so and they had each already eaten a stack of 20.
This is not the intended behaviour, we'll take a look.
Update: We've released a server update to address this issue, horses should no longer consume food when full stamina.

Because you're bottlenecked by your CPU, the CPU doesn't need to do much so you're able to render more frames increasing the load on your GPU.
It's best you limit your FPS to your monitors refresh rate.
When inside a boat and minicopter you are slanted. It actually makes my head hurt.
This issue should now be resolved with the recent server update.
I have the same problem. Even tried to play on older drivers. Formatted my pc. and everything. I cant do anything to fix it.
Even tried to talk on the Rust discord but no luck there. just many trolls there.
So what I have done:
Reinstalled rust several times - NO FIX
Reinstalled computer fully - NO FIX
Reinstalled Drivers - NO FIX
Roll back driver to when rust was running just fine - No FIX

So I am 100% sure theres a problem with the rust client and not from my end.

Appears Rust is using your CPU integrated graphics rather than your dedicated GPU from the screenshots shown. You'd need to force Rust to use your dedicated GPU.
Google "laptop not using dedicated gpu" should have multiple tutorials on how to resolve this issue.

This will ensure that players don’t need NASA computers to run the game.
Optimization is always an ongoing process and not a task or feature on its own which defeats the purpose of this feedback system.
We have a lot of work currently being done on optimization and much more planned after that.
Boats are 45degree angle.
We'll be releasing a fix for this today.
Update - This issue should now be resolved.
Quarries also seem to be outputting Stone,Sulfur,Metal, HQM. Regardless of what quarry it is.
