I have a friend code just in case he did it wrong but if we end up getting it working I plan on giving it away. I guess you can use it three times unless I read wrong?

Yes that problems with the page are something that others have been experiencing a lot today. Potentially because of load on the site. I had this problem earlier today.

Was it just the one time? It’s supposed to reward you previous mission XP and loot on the completion of your next one if you have problems. Let me know if this happens multiple times in a row.

sometimes it crashes on the loading too, without showing the message. If it doesn't crash, it gets to a point where it just stops on "Connecting to Online Services"

System is a GTX1050, 8gb DDR4 and Nvidia drivers are 471.71. Played the closed alpha, it ran perfectly fine.

Thank you for the detailed info Ivnna, looks like the team just updated on this specific error internally. So yes they are aware. Seriously thanks again.

Anything I can try?

I sent a DM on twitter hours ago and haven't heard anything back, and have an open case through support as well but nothing yet... missed it when the 60+ min wait on live chat timed out and been waiting over an hour again :(

Double check the login and force close the application and restart. Not sure outside of that if there is anything you can do. But I know many others are having this problem too. We’re looking on our side.

If you’re on PC try killing the process from task manager and restarting origin. Not sure if that will fix but some folks have mentioned some success. This is something we’re still looking into.
