lmfao you’ve been pushing for team balancing for awhile now? That’s one of the more core features for FPS games. That should have been a working function when the game released.

That sucks. I’m sorry to hear that. Can you share some specs about your PC? Windows version, GPU & Driver date, RAM? Are you using default directories for the install? (Not laying blame on your PC, but this helps them investigate issues.)

Just got an update - I’m not in the office (taking some time off for the holiday), but the P08 issue should be fixed with update 4.2, which is coming mid-July. Once I see the patch notes next week I’ll confirm.
I would but I keep dying to invisible people, I can't upgrade my P08 Carbine, hackers ruining the game, and poor team balancing. Seriously. Was on a team that had 37 players on it, while the other team had 25.
The Devs are looking at the invisible player bug as one of the top priorities, with intention to have it fixed in the next main update (less than 2 weeks from now - I know, that sucks but the issue is bigger than a few specific skins. It has to do with the stream rendering of the client. That’s literally all I know about that right now). Team balance - man, I have been pushing for something to address this for a while - mid-round balance, team switch , something. It’s very frustrating, especially if your team isn’t winning and other players quit, then it gets much worse. The P08 issue has been escalated to the dev team, but I don’t have a status update yet. And there have been some core improvements to the anti-cheat tools with the 4.0 update, with more on the way. They’re also working on better reporting - in-game instead of having to use Origin in-game overlay or create a ticket via EA Help. That part will take a bit of time as it requires redesign of parts of the UI.

Tbf, that isnt clear at all. Those comments are literally in every post by a DICE employee, have been since launch, yet this is only one in a handful of times I've seen it addressed.
This is certainly the first I've heard about you not being allowed to share anything.
And to address your subsequent comment about people getting exactly what they paid for, what about all the people who havent got their shipments yet?
I don't remember having to spend a hour or 2 contacting ea support to get the content I paid for being stipulated in the deluxe edition.
I’m really sorry you’ve had a bad support experience - and doubly sorry that you even had to contact support to get the content you had purchased. That’s not a great experience and I absolutely understand how frustrating that can be. If you have any case numbers you’d like to PM me, I can take a look when I’m back to work on Monday.
In many cases - not all- people have told me they were confused by what they were supposed to get in the Airlifts - which is why we created a blog about it on the Battlefield website so folks can check their inventory against the list. The delivery of the items - straight to your Company - isn’t the best system, and the fact that the items are not tagged/noted/have a little icon showing they were part of the Deluxe offering. This is also part of the conversations we’re having internally (and something I’ve noted with various teams since before January).

We’re actually fixing it tomorrow, with a hotfix, as noted in the Calendar above for Thursday.
Ignoring the issue isn't going to just make it go away. Fixing it would probably be the easiest good PR generating measure Dice could do to turn around some the brutal word of mouth that is being posted about the game on numerous websites, it just takes a leader to pull their finger out and show some leadership, but it appears nobody has the balls. Because here we still are months later, still getting non-answers.
Show your customers why it's good to buy a deluxe edition, don't treat them like shit.
I literally answered you and gave you the answer THAT IS AVAILABLE, and detailed a small portion of the things I've done to address this request - and to be clear, while I do agree the Deluxe Edition could've been much better, it was exactly what was offered. No, it's clear I'm not at liberty to discuss this particular topic at this time. That's literally it.
And before you downvote this, Dan wasn't the only one fighting to get something additional for Deluxe Edition owners who were with us before/during/after launch. I was the one in the weekly meetings, stressing the value perception from the community and the hit in sentiment - since launch. I've had multiple meetings with various teams about this since - and I'm not currently able to discuss the outcome of those meetings.
