Re: the usage of limited time in the description of items that are only (currently) available during events - they’re limited for initial release to coincide with in-game events. When/if they will be available again isn’t locked down yet, so we want to make sure that items like the school outfits are noted as such, i.e. “these items will only be available during X event”.

This doesn't mean I don't know. It just means I can't say anything yet in case something happens and additional work needs to be done.

I can't say definitively as I don't want to set an incorrect expectation. As we do get closer to the internal date, we'll share more details of the features coming to the Community Games experience and a date on when it will drop.

It definitely is. It was actually announced for “later this year”. It’s still a little ways off, but it’s looking to have a big offering of tools and settings. When we get closer to release, we’ll start diving into the features and tools that you’ll be able to use.

Updates to Ranked Play

We are making some changes to the Ranked Play Algorithm to improve frequency and consistency of finding matches. Players already participating in Ranked Play this season will see a game or two of volatility while the system adapts. 

For new players starting Ranked Play for the first time, it will take about 5 matches for your rank to settle in.

Note that ranks and statistics for Season 1 have not been reset.

Additional Notes:

2v2 Knockout replacing 3v3 Knockout is temporary for the start of the 2 week Blast in Paradise event. It is not a permanent change. We'll address how long it will be active over the next few days based player feedback, player count, etc. 2v2 Knockout is only on small maps and it's an office favorite!

Beach Ball is a Rocketball variant where the ball is a huge beach ball and has custom physics. At the moment, Beach Ball will replace Rocketball in Social Arena at the start of the event, and like 2v2 Knockout we'll see how you guys are feeling it. We also added it to Private Matches for the duration of the event.

Definitely hear you on the grind during Blast Pass rank. The team has also heard this feedback and are looking at rates, etc., but we don't have anything to share at this time.

Shows "This Steam account already has the content linked to this code."
No invalid message. Just showing that I already own the game.

Well, I know the codes were valid when I posted them last week, so they are probably all used by now - and you're the only person who's commented that the codes didn't work when they followed the process.

Did you enter them as they are shown or did you use the Decipher Key at the top of the list to actually make them real codes? (That would probably be why they say invalid... since Steam codes don't have #$%?& in them, but these codes do.)

I did it this way to reduce potential for Bot-scavenging.

Not invalid, used by folks who jumped in on Friday to grab them.

They're encoded with different characters than numbers to stump the bots.

Which is why I put the LEGEND for the Cipher at the top of the list of codes.
