When can we expect pacific news? And will battle fest lead into chapter 5 or will there be a waiting period? Super stoked for underground

First of all, sorry for your loss and sorry for some of the rude comments some people post here. Second, are new Grand Operations coming with the Pacific DLC? We don't need especific information. Just tell us if its something that is still on work or if you will just scrap the game mode.
