Hello Holotable Heroes,

We are aware of an audio issue that does not allow music from external apps to be played when the game is launched. For now, some devices can work around this if the player presses the play/pause button on a pair of headphones with such capabilities.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working on implementing a fix for this issue to be included in an update next week.

Hello Holotable Heroes,

The current season of Grand Arena Championships started a day earlier than usual. This was not intended, and as such will not be a permanent change. We expect future seasons of GAC to revert to the previous schedule. Also worth noting, feats and rewards are unaffected by the early start date.

However, please note the start date for each round of this current season will begin a day earlier than you might be accustomed to (in this instance Sunday PT versus Monday PT), as we will not be interrupting or restarting the current season in order to prevent any unforeseen issues that could arise from doing so.

Operation Metaverse is going big with their May the Fourth episode! It features the final trivia quiz based on the "Solicitation for Topics of Interest" thread for this "season" of questions being answered by Crumb and yours truly.

The grand prize spectacular will feature $400 in prizes given away!

Hello Holotable Heroes,

Grand Arena Championship Divisions will soon be receiving some changes intended to promote a more balanced and competitive Grand Arena Championship experience. To address the diverse range of GPs at the highest levels of GAC, we will be redistributing the number of players in GAC divisions to closely reflect the ratio of players that were originally in those divisions at the time of GAC’s launch. After the first and second divisions, players will be evenly divided among divisions 3 through 11.

Here are some key things to note regarding the changes:

• The rewards will remain unchanged.
• The top divisions will require more character squads (ships will remain unchanged) to address the growth and expansion rosters have undergone since the original launch of GAC.
• The following will be added to both 3v3 and 5v5 versions of GAC:
  • Div 1: Add 4 total squads
  • Divs 2-4: Add 3 total squads
  • Div 5: Add 2...

Hello Holotable Heroes!

The next Conquest (let’s call it 3.5) is currently scheduled to run from April 26th through May 10th. Crystals and conquest currency spent on Conquest energy refreshes and consumables during the last Conquest will be reimbursed this Thursday as part of our scheduled Server Update.

The fourth Conquest will run May 21st - June 4th due to the upcoming Conquest getting moved back. As of now, we expect the fifth Conquest to remain on schedule.

Today’s Update has begun rolling out to app stores as of this morning. You can check your app store to see if a new version is available or your client will be forced to update tomorrow once the roll out is complete. The following fixes will be live once you update your client.

FIXES

• GENERAL - Fixed an issue that caused a delay when loading into the character inventory.
• GENERAL - Fixed an issue that caused the Facebook Invite Friends button to not work properly.
• UNIT - Supreme Leader Kylo Ren’s unique 'Press the Advantage' now prevents defeated enemies from reviving.
• EVENT - Fixed the Consumables Inventory in Conquest from displaying all Consumables when a specific category is selected and prevents players equipping a different consumable category that could result in an Out Of Sync error.

Today’s Update brings several Conquest fixes to the Holotables. PLEASE NOTE: This update does NOT address the Conquest rewards issue, which will be dealt with in a future update (this update was planned last week and we learned of the rewards issue this morning).

• Conquest energy now has a soft cap of 200.
  • You will no longer be able to purchase energy refreshes after you are over 200 Conquest energy.
  • You can purchase refreshes to go over this cap, for example if you refresh at 199 Conquest energy (+120 energy for each refresh) you will still have 319 energy but will no longer be able to purchase another energy refresh or generate energy naturally over time.
