I’ve been experiencing overheating and huge lag spikes in BR, any chance of that being fixed? It’s very hard to enjoy Blackout when I only have 10 frames.
Heya, sorry you are running into that and that is definitely a type of issue we are looking into as well. Performance related issues with Blackout in particular are something the team has been trying to track and work on since release. For overheating, does that only happen on Blackout for you? Not Isolated as well? Also, have you tried lowering graphical settings to see if that helps with the issue?
I attempted to purchase cp to purchase the dark nikto draw but I payed for it then my cod crashed leading me to not receive my cp, also taking my money.
Heya, sorry to hear that happened, but that should actually be a pretty easy fix if you go through our support team via the in-game chat or through the support website. CP issues like that are generally pretty quick to resolve.

Yesss thank you and it's not just me. Usually everyday there are a few posts talking about how they can't unlock Damascus camos for new guns because they are missing a weapon (in most cases a shovel). An ideal solution would be to add it as something you can unlock like the sickle or katana (ex. 50 kills with a melee weapon)
Yeah, the other normal solution we have for that is the credit store, but now that you mention it, it seems a bit past due for a shovel to show up there. We normally plan everything to cycle into somewhere that essentially makes it always available, like the credit store or a challenge related unlock, but we'll have to check into that further. Appreciate the context!
How do we get the M4 mosaic skin from the summer showdown event. There was a bug and I never got it.
Heya, can you share some more details? Afraid we aren't familiar with the details of that event off the top of our head. Was it the type that was distributed through leaderboards and you just didn't receive it?
Any chance of adding a shovel for free again? I haven't been able to unlock Damascus for any new guys for the past 4 or so seasons.
The shovel alone is blocking your progression for that? If so, that doesn't sound ideal

Honestly just looks like most of what they are posting is the type of BP concepts we often see here in Reddit, which are pretty impressive concepts with a lot of thought and detail put into them. Regardless, we aren't going to confirm anything until we start actually posting things about the next season which will start very soon (this weekend
