Well just a curious question from where you guys pick more but reports and issues complaint reddit or discord?
Reddit for sure. It is much harder to contextually understand bug reports through Discord since it doesn't come in a contained thread. We often use Discord bug reports, which are organized and easy to see, to find more information or to see if it is widespread after seeing reports on Twitter or Reddit first.
Thank you for sticking with us all the way from launch!! That commitment alone is worth celebrating just as much as we are celebrating our 2nd Anniversary today.

You have no idea how often someone says "we saw on Reddit" in the middle of a meeting haha. We are very lucky, as a community team, to have so many coworkers that constantly look to the community as well for feedback and bugs, but also for jokes, memes, art, and wholesome content. Love the team and love you all for appreciating these letters!

Most of them should have gone out, but generally we do these in batches and then also do additional checks after to see if anything is missed and needs to be resent. So, hang tight a bit longer and if you still don't have it in roughly a week from now then please reach out to our support teams in-game. They should be able to quickly check that and help out.

Racism has no place in CODM.
Heya! While a UID helps us report these types of players, we can still report cheaters with just their nicknames. We are investigating this one to see what we can do.
Heya, this one just had a technical issue when we launched the pop-up and our social posts. It ended up being fixed and was online about 30 minutes later, so please check again and you should see it now. The only possible reason why you might not see is if Amazon Prime Gaming is not supported in your region.
Convey our best regards to the development teams and to you too. This live event was so good. It was just like a miniature COD PC/console campaign.
We definitely do every time we see a post or thread like this, so thank you all for sharing these types of posts and sentiments. It is greatly appreciated, especially since this whole kind of event as a whole is "experimental" in regard to it nothing like it being done before in CODM. Hopefully the continuously positive feedback leads to more unique events like this in the future

Hey, this is related to teammates right? Or are you seeing other characters as invisible? If it is teammates, then yes we are looking into that already. But thanks for bringing it up!
