BTW my Ultimate edition skin has been eaten by a bug too (the one where you would sell a weapon with a skin applied and skin was gone) and never came back. I've sent all of this incl. screenshots and repros where possible to support. ( i did encounter all these bugs during my play-through, btw)

Regarding the Castle being greyed out: Just in case that was missed, the Castle Settlement was destroyed. It's not an actual settlement and there's nothing to do there after the cut scene.

I want to double check with you: You have other missions and you were able / are able to play the Jefferson Plaza mission? Because that's what people got stuck on before the patch, they wouldn't get any more missions.

It's not my part, I am not Ubi QA, but I'll do it anyway. Mission is "Talk to Henry Hayes", it's the last stage (4th) of the Campus settlement progression. Henry Hayes is either not there or standing behind the desk in front of his office/building with no option to talk to him which prevents me from finishing the mission. Sometimes he jumps on the desk :)

Hey. I understand that stuff like this can be very frustrating and we definitely don't take this lightly. Just understand that every player is different and some players do things that our QA would not do, because they test the game when it grows.

You guys have a very different view on things and don't forget that the amount of hours all the players can put in, can never be reproduced by QA.

This being said, it's not an excuse. Bugs like this are definitely very difficult to handle for players and I do want to apologize for the inconvenience.

That doesn't seem to be a general problem and might be something on your Operating System. Try reaching out to the Ubi support https://support.ubi.com/.

You also have inventory space for resources. These can be full too. When you open your inventory (where you can see your weapons) you'll find tabs on the top right to navigate to Apparel (left) Gear Talents (right) and Resources (far right).

If your inventory for resources is full, head over to a friendly Control Point and restock them.

That's not quite true. There's a barber in the White House once you recruit him during the campaign! Won't help with all cases, but you can change the look of your agent.

The drone bug is a little unspecific. We working on a fix for the Assault Drone crashing the game when people are in a group. Hope that was what you meant, otherwise please provide some more details. :)

Hey guys. Due to a bug the message might not have disappeared for you. Completely restarting your game should make it disappear.

We will give you enough of a head's up before performing another server restart or maintenance, generally at least 30 minutes.

Hey. Thanks for letting us know. We have a couple of things scheduled to go out with the next patch that will hopefully help some of the issues mentioned above.

We just want to make sure to get a safe patch done and push it out as soon as it's ready.

I switched off the drone and the turret for instant deploy skills as that seems to lessen the occurrence but doesn't remove it. It's becoming very difficult at this level playing tougher opponents to survive without the skills especially solo.

We're investigating what's causing it and if you have details when it's happening to you (Solo / Co-op, in Missions, Open World, DZ, when in cover / out of cover, in PvP Skirmishes, in the DZ, basically as many details as possible, even if it's "always" add details) please let us know.

It is one of our highest priorities right now, so we will try to get this sorted asap. Which in the end is not an ETA but I hope it brings the point across that we know how annoying it is.
