A fix for this is on the way and should hopefully be included in the next patch.
We were aware of this issue and had a fix planned for the last patch. Unfortunately, we found some last minute issues with it that we'll need to resolve before we can deploy it. Hopefully it'll be in the next patch.

Is this fixed for the Arcane Capacitor notable too? Playing an Archmage Necro so while the Heiro bug didn't affect me, the notable one did in theory.
The upcoming fix should account for Arcane Surge from any source of the buff from on hit/kill effects.
So when is this full restart coming?

We do have a fix for this on the way but it requires a full realm-restart patch.
Thanks for this. We shared this with the team and they've reported back that we'll make it so that the Monstrous Treasure mod can't proc if you're using Blood Soaked Vessels.
