Explanation: Parental controls do not allow the parent to enter the PIN to change settings, on PS4. This is the same bug that prevented players from reporting other players - as in, the interface does not accept controller input. (Additionally, there is no way to completely turn off parental controls on an account!)
If reproducible, how: Try opening parental controls.
Platform: PS4
Also guys, please for the love of God, let me completely disable parental controls. I turned them on for curiosity's sake and now I can't turn them off. Worse still, they lock all of the applicable settings: for example, if voice channels are allowed in parental controls - you cannot turn them off in the normal settings. Ridiculous!

Our team was just discussing this issue this morning. It will be fixed in the next game update happening in the near future. Since it will be fixed so soon, we decided to not put it on there at this point.
