We totally get it. The team blue cards are relatively new to market compared to team red or green, and aren’t on the spec for the game, not to say we dont want to support them best we can but as with all new tech there can be issues.
This isn’t accurate.
Julia offered an approximation – a prediction – not a promise. No need to sow discord.
I reviewed that case, it was a tricky one, and the penalty received was reduced from our usual time outs, given the context of what was said and how. But it wasn’t false.

How long? And why?
I can't give you a timeline, but to explain a little more, the tracks in-game are not built as standalone pieces but are separate elements in that they can be layered, or isolated, and aren't just listenable tracks in the sense they can be plugged straight in to an OST. They need to be combined and remastered to become tracks as most people would expect them to be in an OST.
