This is incorrect. New accounts have to play a minimum of 150 games to have ranked battled made available to them.

The others are correct, please submit a ticket with the replay file and staff will investigate.

CC codes last for 3 months from the start of the month they were generated.

Per a code set (each month) a viewer can redeem 2 container codes, and 5 subscriber camo codes.

I would like to investigate deeper into what you believe is occurring. Your game will have replays enabled as default and you can find them in the game directory, for example mine is located:

C:\Games\World_of_Warships_NA\replays

Could you drop this replay that you believe is showing this issue and we can investigate.

In regards to Hydro / Radar;

We did recently add a change to the Radar mechanic which made the detected ship only hard spotted for the ship radaring for the first 6 seconds before other ships are able to see said ship. This prevents the mass spam fire initially and allows the radar'd ship a chance to move out of the way / out of radar range.

It actually has to do with how the loading mechanics.

Ranked and Clan Battles were always intended to be End-game content with high-value rewards thus their shift toward being at the higher tiers, with Steel being primarily rewarded from these modes, it explains why the reward ships are of a similar tier.

We will be having another 2 sprint seasons of ranked at T7, the last event cycles (Victory / Fly Strike Win / etc ) have been available to be participated in by all tiers, several reward ships have been at lower tiers as well (Exeter and Lazo for example).

Its not possible to offer all content at all tiers as there does need to be motivation to progress through available content within the game.

The benefit of having Concealment expert on BBs is that it can allow you a few additional kms of room to go undetected and get away from an advancing ship if you find yourself overextended or in need to retreat/kite away.

From my experience if there is room within my build for it I do take the skill as it can be the difference between going dark and staying lit.

We are still looking into the impact the recent change to plane speed had on the GZ in particular, however as per the outcome of the GC situation, premiums are not immune to game wide mechanics changes (as was the unification of plane speeds via Engine boost was). We will hopefully have something to say to you all soon via an announcement soon as per our finding with the ship since the recent change. Please recall it does take time to collect related data and analyse it before we can make further adjustments.

Reading through this post I'm a little confused what OP is asking for.

The best place for information regarding this was the related patches 6.3 / 6.12 (Which was already referenced by various commentators).

With the Dev blog only starting in the 2nd half of 2017 there wasn't available additional media on this at the time. When the Portal got updated earlier this year, some of the original articles around the time did become unavailable (due to the sheer impossibility of going back and re-linking hundreds of old articles.

The basic premise of why OWSF / Smoke mechanics were changed was because they heavily impacted the game meta in a very negative way. The "In the Service of the Motherland" collection has been available since the beginning of 8.4, however to start this collection (much like others) you will need your first collection piece.

Your first collection piece can be gained from a In the Motherland Container from Daily Shipment, containers from the armory, or purchased from the premium store.

Once you have started the collection, you will be able to gain additional collection pieces from standard containers you can earn on a daily basis until the collection is free.
