This really isn't necessary.

Firstly, ranked is only available to players who have clocked AT LEAST 150 games, in this time they need to reach T8 before they are granted the rental ships of those line. These new players will then be starting ranked at the lowest rank at 18. and be in the secondary league and will have to work their way up through the ranks like all players have to.If you have previously made significant progression through ranked, its likely you are already out of this league and will not be facing new player in rentals.

Secondly, just because a player has not unlocked a T10 through the tech tree does not mean they do not know how to play the game. They may have spent their time across many lines and nations and consequently have not reached a T10 individually. It should not be discounted universally that they do not not know what they are doing.
Lastly, if they are not.... *ahem* skilled enoug...

While Kuznetsov will be able for coal later on, this may be a valuable option for ranked depending on your ship choice.

The containers will of course give you items like camos, flags and collection items too.

Lastly, if you don't have the Murmansk this would be an opportunity to have her join your fleet. If you already have it, you'll pick up 3000 doubloons instead

Please close your game, perform a check and repair and reopen.

That should clear the issue, if not please submit a CS ticket so the team can investigate what is causing the issue.

We do not officially support playing on a non-Steam account using the Steam client.

While there are community discovered work arounds that allow you to play on them, we do recommend using the stand alone client if you are playing a standard game account.

While I personally haven't heard of this issue happening before I would definitely like to see this getting resolved.

What I would recommend is performing the following actions:

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of what is happening with your keyboard.

Non-players are of course welcome, however they will still be required to purchase admission ticket to the ship as a standard visitor.

They will be able to access the ship and of course hang out with yourself just will not receive the goodie bag, receive their own scavenger hunt prizes or have an entry into the major prize drawing.

Currently this is an NA led event. Other regions may host similar events however this will be at their determination. We are very lucky that we have many amazing ships available throughout the country to host these events at.

Based on some feedback we processed from the first stop of the AAT at New Jersey, we have made a few amendments to the event schedule.

I can completely understand where you're coming from and why your concern exists.

We definitely acknowledge that this new commander is quite unique in comparison to the existing legendary ones. We are going to see how things process with this captain and it may open the door for us looking at the other captains.

At this stage, the "Will to Victory" effect is only turned off for Clan Battle and Training Room formats.

While this ability is quite strong, it can only be triggered once per a battle. Furthermore, while it is an easy skill to trigger in comparison to that of Halsey and Yamamoto, unlike them, Kuznetsov only has one enhanced base skill in comparison to the 2 of the others.

We will be looking at the data following his release to see him impact.
