The skills marked out are the ones that traditionally will not have impact on the ship you have the Captain, for example, Torpedo Acceleration on a Massachusetts will have 0 effect to any stats of the Massachusetts.

These are special commanders that are given to CCs/STs/CSTs/Staff so that they can test upcoming ships without having to use their established Captains.

It is the map mod you're using that shows the size on the top left of the mini map, please remove your mods and you should not have this issue.

While OPs issue seemed to have resolved just a little further information.

Each hour you watch a World of Warships streamer (that has drops enabled), you have a chance to receive a drop, you will not get one each hour, and there is a limit how many you can receive per a weekly/patch cycle.

Each hour that you do not receive a drop, your chance increases for the next hour.

It is likely OP did not receive a drop the first hour or two, but then it triggered on the next.

I'm well aware of your disappointment, it is feedback I passed on to the correct people I assure you. One thing I would say in relation to the comparison between this, this particular set of content is unique and generated by us, licensed content is usually handled differently and has specific stipulations on it. I know this isn't what you want to see, but it is a factor to consider.

That is fair, but also look at the cap locations on these Screenshots... the islands are in their prior location on the mini-map before they were shifted North-East. Last time I checked there wasn't a island in the middle of C.

With Polish soon merging into Pan-European, probably not. In regards to Italian/Commonwealth/Pan-American/Pan-European, once these lines get more established I'm sure we will add in some purchasable commanders for them too.

It looks like you are using modificiations on your client. These can mess with key game files and make things inaccurate.

I would recommend removing your mods and seeing if the issue persists.

I mean, I was alright with how my Scenario game went, given I haven't played Scenarios in forever (Just like you guys, we're allowed to not like modes too :P) I was going to give it a go in another ship later this afternoon.

Many of us having been playing ranked at various levels and times during the day to get a feel of how the current season so we can assess community concerns and reply in a knowledgeable manner. Honestly, my personal experience has been yea, there are rental ships around, getting out of the 18-10 bracket reduced them considerably, and they haven't been the sole cause for games being lost for me *looks at the 3 earned DDs that died within 3 minutes the other day*. Of course every player screws up from time to time. Blaming everything on Rentals however I feel is a bit of a stretch...

I understand this, and the thing is we do have various systems and methods in place to detect and determine accounts with suspicious behavior however this system is consistently being developed and may not always catch everything.

The scenario you mention, while yes, on first glance its highly likely that someone is botting, it could also be a group of friends sharing an account to progress quicker, these are the sort of considerations that need to be made when assessing these cases.

Regarding the math question, a well program botting program would be able to circumvent these checks regardlessly.

We have never reported the action taken against players accounts, including bans for cheating, we do not endorse Naming and Shaming.
