Captains,

While this post has been majorly productive on the topic of how to give feedback its beginning to derail into a catchall for complaints and opinions on recently announced topics.

We thank you for your feedback and would now encourage you to post it into the appropriate threads as per the topics (such as the Dev blog individual posts as they are made), or if there is not an already created thread, please make one.

We have previously explained why this is not a feature we are considering.

The possibility of facing CVs in games forces players to make choices in how they will configure their ships, if you know you will never see a CV, you will never spec your ships for AA and conversely, players who opt to stay in game with CVs will purposely spec for AA. This leads to heavily weighted games in either situation. Furthermore, adding additional criteria's into the Matchmaking system will extend times for games to be formed, and while peak server time would be able to cope, it would cause major impact on the quieter times for the server.

Please consider that this is not an individual ship change, this is a change that is impacting a mechanic within the game as a whole. Which as previously stated when we shelved the concept of altering the GC, would be conducted if it improves the overall balance of the game

Personally, I'm terrified of muppets.

While this is one of the more innocent things to call someone in a situation of unhappiness, just remember its not adding anything constructive to the chat.

Instead of calling names, explain a better course of action or explain why maybe what they did wasn't the best in the situation.

Work to solve the issue instead of instigate an argument.

I must say I'm a little confused by your feedback and would like to clarify so I can understand a little better.

When you say your 1-8 this morning, are you referring to that your selected team has won 1 time in comparison to losing 8 times? Or are you referring to your personal winrate on a day?

Just recall that even if your team doesn't win the day, you are still able to gain tokens which can be used towards purchasing various valuable items within the Armory.

Please recall that while we strive to provide a form of historical accuracy, this is primarily through our ship models and designs. If the game itself was based off historical happenstance then matches would be substantially longer for example. We have to take some creative licensing to ensure the game is fun and engaging for our player base. Given the game is based in the WW1 - WW2 era when CVs were a factor of warfare its only obvious they would be represented in game.

In saying that, we're still not 100% with their current implementation as expressed by Sub Octavian on reddit this morning. We have some tweeks in development that will be announced in the near future.

I'm sorry to hear about your lag issues, there can be many things that can cause lag issues in game.

Firstly, I would like to assure you we have around-the-clock monitoring of our servers to watch for technical issues that may be impacting players, recently we have had no reports or issues pertaining to lag that has been a result of our servers. When outages or issues do occur, within 30 minutes the staff are usually around to let the player base know and keep updating until the server issues is resolved.

Second, while a speed test will provide you an overview of your internet health, speed tests are generally an averaged outcome of a short period of testing that will not accurately reflect micro-disconnects that can occur which will lead to game stability issues in terms of lag.
