This issue has been reported. You should get the next quest at midnight server time.  

Looks like the SAJM buildings have not been added to the production carousel. I tested the Expedition Bubble, too.
I'll report it.

I personally do not have any issues with Brave or Firefox. Bought something from the shelves, started selling, bid..
Maybe some specific item on the shelves broke it?
Can you write a ticket to support so they can check what you're selling and what is on the shelves?

The issue seems to be related to disconnected military buildings in the city.
Can you try to remove or connect the buildings?

I have not encountered any issues in GE, the continent map or GvG.
Can you open your army management? What era are you in?  

I just tried this with yesterdays release (1.225.2) and did not run into problems.
Can you look for updates and try again?  

I've seen similar screenshots of this glitch before.
