Typically issues like this require a new client build, aka a v14.10 or v14.20 patch. While we have some patches like a v14.01 those are typically designed to resolve other issues. The bigger patches like a v14.10,etc... resolve other major issues such as this crash.

At this time only a HUD adjustment would resolve the issue. Team did confirm that inputs are being blocked by these and its being looked at.

Hey D340DT, you need to make sure that you have disabled USB debugging and/or developer mode on your Android device. This is the most common reason a player will get see the message you are seeing.

Just to confirm our team is aware of the issue and currently investigating the cause. This issue seems to affect PS4 and Switch players the most. To keep updated on the issue I put a trello card up https://trello.com/c/16x3bCSU/1441-silver-surfers-board

Fable has been broken for 5 seasons now, Drift too and Catalyst for 3... and to be honest I definitely don’t like how Rey was “fixed” either. In some ways she looks worse now than she did with the clipping issues.

Also, honestly it’s borderline insulting to even release something like this emote in this state. I’m sure there’s people that don’t care, but if I were an animator at Epic I’d be ashamed to put out work like this.

This is caused due to physics being disabled on mobile/switch platforms. This is the case for a variety of cosmetics/emotes. The feedback I have sent to the team involves seeing can be done to make this emote better for switch/mobile players, along with other cosmetics that have been previously mentioned.

As i mentioned yesterday in a similar post, this is caused your index finger on the jump button being the control region. What this means, is when you are holding that button down, your index finger will also control the camera, vs your thumb.

This was not introduced in the new HUD, the control region has functioned this way since launch. This was designed to help players who play with default HUDs and 2 fingers because jumping without the control region in place with 2 fingers feels a bit odd.

With the above said, this doesn't mean the current feedback we are receiving means nothing. Ideally, we can allow 2 finger players and those who use 4-6 more flexibility. I have talked with the team and the feedback is being looked at. I do not have an ETA on when changes would be implemented but will update when I am able to.
