It’s a little difficult to get a video of but I have my my look stick which I use for building disabled during combat, so If I use the fire button just as I’m lifting my finger off the look stick which like I said, disappears during combat, sometimes the fire button won’t trigger.
Maybe an image of your HUD and visibility settings could help our team see whats going on. If you could do that and provide that same type of notes as above that might be really helpful.
Hey! While I understand the Data concern you mentioned and current support is for iOS 11 or above. It is recommend that all players upgraded to iOS 13 or above as soon as possible.

What device are you on and what is your current region? Are you NA, EU, OCE?
Maybe that’s the case in this clip. Although sometimes my buttons look pressed down after only pressing them once and letting go of my fingers, that’s another issue that happens. Thank you for the response, appreciate it!
If you have others displaying this issue when that is not happening feel free to post them and tag me so I can pass it along. This video was still sent over for review regardless, I was just pointing out what could be the cause of your issue.
Taking a look at the video it seems you are also pressing the bottom right fire button and holding it down while attempting to use your other fire button at the same time.
If you have a semi automatic weapon out, such as the pistol, only 1 fire button is going to work at a time.
