Fixed in live means we have released a fix for the issue and it should no longer affect players.

They might have wanted to save the medkit for later! In all seriousness, we are aware that these images are not updated with recent chamges to the game and will be attempting to update them when we can.

Is this in BR or creative zone wars? For zone wars we are aware of some devices that are still not able to see the zones correctly and working to get that resolved. If this is in BR let me know and if this keeps happening to you keep posting videos such as this. Need to know what device you are on and any other details you could provide.

These cosmetics are typically rolled out over time and per region. If there are any issues with the cosmetic we will let you know.

Did you have to uninstall or did you just restart your ipad?

It is possible that the new v9.40.2 update has not shown up in the App Store in your local region just yet. If this is the case please uninstall and reinstall to fix the issue.

Welcome to fortnite mobile!

1) check out some of the awesome content creators to get a basic understanding of Fortnite mobile. A players HUD is super important and most players will have a different one that works for them.

2) i cant add you but plenty of players here may!

3) using a controller puts you in console lobbies such as PS4 and Xbox. You may wish to not use a controller to start so you do not end up in what some consider a bit harder of a lobby for inexperienced players. Stick with touch for now and find the perfect HUD for you and your device!

Problem-I have to log into my account every time I log on.

Ever since-9.40 update.

Play on-IPad 2017 Plz fix

You are not auto logged in once you open the application? It can sometimes take a few moments, normally less then a minute or two. Did you change any privacy settings?

Only if you only have one HUD. It will load the last HUD you changed on your account.

Unfortunately I lost my iPad HUD, but kept my iPhone one. This sucks. (When I hit load from cloud on my iPad, it loaded my iPhone HUD.)

I can bring up this issue of players that use multiple devices and see what can be done. Typically a player uses a single device type to play so your experience is not seen normally.

Thanks EPIC, I had to reinstall the app because your lazy asses couldn’t fix this update, which you still aren’t telling us what it was even for. I now have to completely redo my HUD, which took months to optimize and get used to! Thanks a lot mfs.

You can load your HUD in the layout tool. No need to worry about setting it back up. Hope that helps, have a good day!

I also tried a one time password and it didn’t let me in that way either.

I do not have the ability to look at your account. Our player support team would be the best people to contact about your login issue. https://epicgames.helpshift.com/a/fortnite/

Do we have to delete or are you going to fix it?

If you have installed v9.40.1 you will need to reinstall the game. We are working on this now.

We're aware of an issue with updating to the v9.40.1 patch. Please hold off on updating until this issue is resolved.

After further investigation, iOS players can delete the app and reinstall in order to resolve the update error.

The v9.40.1 update is intended resolve some of the performance and stability concerns that launched with v9.40.

UPDATE:

We have resolved the issues with the v9.40.1 patch. iOS players can now update the Fortnite app to v9.40.2 to address a patching issue.
