This is just a visual issue that occurs due to the images not loading correctly during the launch of the game.
Once you have logged in and see the MOTD tiles all playlist should correctly display.
If you wish to not wait you can force the load by changing your language, applying the change, see the MOTD screen, change the language back to your choice, apply change and all playlist images will be correctly shown.
I should mention that typically after one game is played and player is returned to lobby all images should have loaded correctly.

We've not yet fully optimized Fortnite for iOS 13 and are working on this for when iOS 13 releases to the public. If you can go back to your previous OS I would recommend that for stability purposes.
