In our previous 1.24a Hotfix, we meant to apply the fixes below but ended up causing some inconveniences, so we had to rollback the update.
This new Hotfix aims to apply the originally intended fixes.
[Fixes]

• Characters will no longer move to their target's location when using skills that allow them to move while performing basic attacks.
  
• Chloe: Recast of Puppet Theatre (W) will no longer cause Nina to strike repeatedly.
