Standards

• All rewards are given based on your highest tier among Solo, Duo, and Squad at the end of the season.
  
• Season 5 will end on May 12th, 2022 with the start of maintenance. Tiers at the end of the season will decide your ranked rewards.
  * Tier results will include games that started before the maintenance and ended after the maintenance starts.
  * Players with ban records of 14 days or longer will be excluded from all ranked rewards.

How to receive your rewards

• Rewards will be given out on May 26th, 2022 after the maintenance. Log in until August 26th, 2022 to claim them!

Hello everyone, Windy here to provide an update on the upcoming new mode, Cobalt Protocol.

After extensive internal discussion, we have made the difficult decision to push the release date of Cobalt Protocol from May 12th to June 9th.

We would like to express our deepest apologies to all those who have been waiting for the new mode.
Although the ongoing pandemic was one of the reasons that continued to put pressure on our timeline, the main reason is that we felt a lot of the features just weren't ready yet and we wanted to improve them further.

We know that it's disappointing that the mode is being pushed, and we know that only a limited amount of work can be done within 4 weeks. Still, the desire to prepare a better product to deliver our full vision of Cobalt Protocol has made us come to the final conclusion of the delay.

Hello everyone, Windy here with an update on recent Reload changes.

After the patch, we’ve gathered a lot of feedback regarding the reload changes and wanted to present what we’ve been discussing.

We agree that the presentation of the feature was creating more difficulties than improvements, especially in situations when you had to move out of combat to reload which messed up playstyles.

Big changes like this also should have been made during the pre-season and we should have definitely not have done this during the season when there weren’t a lot of alternatives for players to work around it.

We’ll try and communicate more on why we made this change in the first place in future talks but we’ll internally discuss to present a better vision for ‘auto reloading’ as a whole for now.

There have been some errors regarding the LP calculation in Ranked Duo and Squad matches, so we will be addressing the technical issues and normalizing inflated LP.

Containing two or more Titans in a single team intermittently set the team average LP to be lower in certain situations. This led to situations where users gained more LP or lost less LP than they were supposed to.

To fix this technical error, we will be enacting a quick server maintenance on April 7th, 19:00 (PT) to fix the issue. All matching will be paused for an approximate 5 minutes during this period.
We will also be fixing the inflated LP gains in accounts along with the technical errors as it would lead to users after the change gaining relatively low LP in Ranked matches than before the fix. Backtrack investigations will be held to adjust and normalize LP.

We’re about halfway through Season 5 and we’ve got some good news!!

Previously, other servers were unable to receive Immortal rank due to technical difficulties although reaching a high placing in Titan, and this is still the case for today.

However, starting with this season, top players from other servers will now also receive Immortal rewards based on a separate ranking basis.
