If you gang up or yell at a target enough who is noncompliant, they'll eventually surrender. The more people yelling at a target increases the chances. But you can't just run around with 10 guys yelling at everyone on the level. You'll likely get some of your team killed.
It's one of those things where everyone thinks it's a really original idea, only to find out that it's not. But it seems like it should be.

With regards to terminal ballistics, we're trying to strike a good balance between realistic and enjoyable. Some parts of the body will be ignored, for example the gut and some arteries will be ignored (at least for now). But we aim to ensure that all of the stuff we keep in is as visceral and brutal as we can pull off.
We likely won't have a medical system on gold release, though in the future perhaps we'll implement a hardcore mode that requires a medical SWAT officer to trail the lead element. I have fond memories of ArmA 2 ACE mod, having two medics operating on me while under fire. It's definitely an area worth exploring in the future if we have the opportunity and it fits the existing game design.

You can but it's not simple. You have to contact Xsolla support who then refund you with a Xsolla Balance then you can pay the difference from your debit card.

Nope, I linked the right one! The first post is where the whole meme about misspelling Gruntr's name started, so I guess that pretty much explains its origins. Although that second post proposes some good definitions too.
Funnily enough, the misspelling of my handle here (Gruntr) is a misspelling of another name which is, in turn, a misspelling of an actual name. So it's all circular.

We're sending out some information to everyone involved shortly. If you filled out a form when you purchased your supporter edition, you're in. Some others filled it out before we stopped the offer so expect an email in the next week or so if you were eligible for a SE mousepad.
The active shooter scenario is a little different to a lot of the other missions, as the suspects are intended to be a little more subversive. You likely won't have to report every single down and injured target, but that may change.
