Define "bunch of times," also just because you see moderation occurring doesn't mean that it isn't occuring.

I cannot discuss the process we go through but if they have been reported and our staff agree we moderate them.

We aren't the size of many of the game publishers, unfortunately the canned answers are a necessity due to the volume of tickets are small team deals with day to day. And it is a fast way for us to get an answer back to you.

Every ticket you put in, gets put into a category, if its chat violations or bot activity and a ticket is logged eventually someone gets to looking at them.

We state that we do not get into clan politics or matter because, well it is the clans business to handle the clan as they see fit. Unfortunately I kind of tend to agree with this.

We also have disclaimers about being careful who you give permissions to as well, because technically if you give too much permission to a member and they decide to do some malicious things, that is on the clan leadership.... This is pretty standard for games with clans/guilds actually.

Take Eve Online case in point (I know that is a crazy comparison), player A joins Clan A from Clan B works up through the chain of command, then steals all their money and resources and leaves the clan... that is on the clan leadership not the game.

If someone thinks their account was hacked, this is a separate issue and we can look into it, reinstate things and fix the issue if it was proven to have happened.

As we have stated in the past in multiple locations on these forums. We go through regularly and make accounts that show bot activity go away.

Contrary to what a lot of you think, we look at their holistic activity, and sometimes accounts that are reported as a bot end up being just someone that players the game to play, or someones kid etc etc.

I AM NOT saying this is the case with the above image just explaining more clearly. I in fact have seen bans that have occurred over the last 24 hrs.

These are done manually and by only a few people, they go through and look at literally THOUSANDS of accounts every day.

This players explanation is exactly why we moderate the way we do. And why we TRY to explain to the community (though most do not wish to hear it) that the person on the other end of the keyboard might be interested in playing the GAME to play the GAME not become a unicum.

So, firstly let me just say, having inappropriate screen names (his current one is not what I am talking about) that we catch and rename due to our EULA violations is not suppression. Nor is any kind of moderation in this PRIVATE forum.

May I remind you that if you're getting so heated you're starting to ignore the forum guidelines, it may be time to step back a bit.

That being said, a CONSTRUCTIVE conversation does not include paraphrasing as most times paraphrasing means that you are removing parts of a statement that leaves some context out.

Thanks for the tag, but I do not particularly see a point in continuing to explain the changes we are making as a result of the feedback we have been given and explaining that making a lot of the missions both PvP and PvE capable will probably not end up how you like them again, as the requirements have to be significantly more difficult for the rewards given. Especially considering some of the comments in this thread alone. But yes, I have been getting changes to happen and more are coming.

So I don't know what support staff you have contacted through discord, as our support doesn't answer questions typically on the matter of violations on Discord.

Support tickets are the ONLY way you can get your violation reviewed and reversed, (IF IT was not legitimate). Which is what I mention in what I said. If you put a ticket in, and they did not reply to you then PM me the ticket number.
