Actually, this is not true, in the past we have adjusted base XP for various classes.

Because you can pick between what consumables you wish to mount on multiple ships, so fighter or spotter, DFAA or hydro, etc etc
EVERY single PTS has been the same guys, the PTS is to test the UI and functionality of the event, not the ships themselves. Our STs and staff do all the ship testing. This is no different than its been for years.

I have answered both of these questions. These are the notes for the explanation of the patch and what you are testing, that is where there is a NOTE about not testing the CVs.
As for the tokens I have answered this several times too. They will be converted to 1:15000 credits with 0.9.6, we're giving you more credits. Congrats.
