If you have Moskva in your port the upgrades will not be removed, they will be placed onto the "Special" version.
Obviously if you sell Moskva, they will be in your inventory.

So here is the deal, if I am trying to moderate a topic and the personal attacks and flame spraying is so fast I can't even get anything done. That means a topic is done! Also remember that what you suggest is just as important as the feedback people have and differing opinions are good.
All that being said, STOP PERSONALLY ATTACKING EACH OTHER! BE CIVIL!

Totally get that! So we worked on that directly as a result of feedback as well BTW! If you notice you don't have NEARLY as many (if not NONE) DOUBLE CV battles at tier VI and above and triple CV games at tier IV.
Unfortunately because of the amount of people playing CVs Double Tier IV CVs are a thing still.

I have responded to this so many times.
Just because you don't see a direct response or changes in the game due to your feedback in the time you think is correct, does not mean it doesn't occur.
Cases where feedback directly changed the game are VERY numerous.
Simple recent examples:
Add all, remove all buttons on the UI for external
Latest changes to the SS' to the point that our devs actually put a "thank you for all your feedback" response in the devblog and gave back to the community as a result
CVs spotting has been nerfed 5 times in the last 6 months directly due to feedback
Fixes in the UI specific to make the port more functional
This is a short list of course, I could go on and on at all the changes that have occurred directly as a result of player feedback.

Scope:
1: Be clear concise and straightforward what your requirements are.
