I can tell you 100% why they chuckled. Because we have literally been putting all this out since the initial release well over a month ago what was going to happen, in various articles on ALL our streams in DB posts etc etc. And when you become a broken record it actually becomes kind of funny, but if you note, they didn't dismiss the question, they still answered it.

I know exactly how we have done things, and RARELY do we do things exactly the same. EVER, in fact we have stated it many times that we change up how we do things on a very regular basis in order to see what works and what doesn't and to keep things fresh.

The flaw in this idea is the same people that are so fervently angry about not being able to play SS right now, and have to way a day maybe two worst case 6, would be just as angry that they can't play SS when they want to.

This is the way we decided to go and we decided to give 3000 coal FREE just for logging in on the daily if you didn't get to participate during that day....

I'd say this is just fine.

Also, it's odd you say bots are being thrown in.... I am yet to see a bot in a single Sub battle I've played.

I am not disputing why people might be upset. I am explaining why the decision was made. And I understand why people might be mad about this change.

Even if someone bought the perma-camo 2 days before we announced what we were doing, that means they will have gotten over 2 months worth of benefit from that camo, so yes, it still would apply. Especially if someone runs a lot of Tier X battles.

The special version is going to have the credit earnings built in to it, so the benefit will continue regardless of the camo. Though I do think perhaps placing the perma-camo on the Nevsky may have been a good idea, this is the way we intended to go and that is what I am continuing to explain.

No that is not what I am doing, I am explaining you purchased a product. And got the value out of that product. If this product has produced for you in the way it was meant to be. Then why would you get your money back AFTER you have gotten your use for it?

The Perma camo gives a -50% post game cost. That is VERY VERY significant compared to any consumable camo you might be referring to. Plus it is permanent and you do not run out of it.

There are VERY few camos that even help you credit-wise. Which is what we are referring to, There is not much other reason to have purchased this camo.

Just wondering, did any of you play subs on the PTS? Ya know where you had sometimes hundreds of subs in que and only handful of surface ships?

So we planned this, as several players have mentioned, to throttle how many people would have SS at one time, so there are people playing surface ships as well and to decrease queue times.

Guys, the SS game mode is active until the 24th of June. I know you are all excited and want to play SS HOWEVER, us doing this is actually a VERY smart move, it keeps you from sitting in queue for a long time only to have MM override its rules and have you thrown into a battle where you might only have 6 people on each team. This way MM can fill 2 full teams.

SS went live YESTERDAY, and if you have the worst RNG you will get all three SS by the 2nd of June.

This has NOTHING to do with a marketing plan, as there is nothing to BUY, this was purely for the mechanics of MM a...

Just wondering, how long have you had the camo? How many battles have you played with that camo?

How much credit benefit or savings have you had over that course of time while playing the Moskva with the camo have you gotten out of it?

So if we refunded you the doubloons, should we take back all the credits you have saved in your battles over that time and the stuff you bought with those credits?

This is why you're not getting a refund, everyone that purchased that camo for the Moskva probably did so to have the savings on a tech tree ship. And those benefits were felt while playing the ship.

Um, we have not removed anyone's achievements. If you feel this is error, I would put a ticket in and ask the question. I still have achievements on my account that were from Alpha that do not exist anymore...

If you do not wish to participate then DO NOT, it is not a big deal. The entire reason I say "Show a screenshot of USS Iowa in any battle mode or in your port, example below, between May 26th 14:00 UTC (9AM Central) and June 1st 13:00 UTC (8am Central)." so that if you do not own her (as I do not) you can still put her in your port and take a screen shot (which is exactly what I did in the morning when I posted that screen shot).

Those rules are pretty straight forward. You have her, show a screen shot, you don't show a screen shot going through the tech tree. If hundreds of people are able to participate on a regular basis so can you.

Also, there is SO MUCH you can do to take a picture of AN Iowa get inventive. In battle, you may not even be in one, but see one (hey look its an "Iowa in battle")

Submarines are accessible by using the daily log in token you automatically get in the Armory under "Submarines"
