Contrary to what some people state we have been VERY transparent of our change to using the WGC, it is a launcher that checks your game client to ensure there are no files that are broken or unstable, it updates for you, it allows you to throttle downloads or stop them, it allows you to launch multiple WG titles if you have them. The old legacy launcher was NOT stable and that is why we no longer support it.

There is NOTHING malicious going on. I have been using the WGC since WELL before my employment with WG on multiple computers and have not had a single issue with something "malicious" occurring on my PCs.

We gather system information to see across the board what the average system is that people play our game on is so we can better support and optimize the game. This is an industry standard now, and TBH I don't know of too many MODERN games that even allow you to download and install them without a launcher. If we just decid...

And most of the people that did things or said things in poor judgement are gone, because we do not advocate or allow that stuff. I have seen and remember comments by management that were taken incorrectly simply because of cultural differences and what was said was not intended to be a certain way but ended up being taken as such, why do I know that, because I work with those people and have learned how to interpret what they say. And also because i have traveled the world, interacted with many different cultures and people while I was in the Navy. I'm not saying that people need to do this to understand, but perhaps taking a step back and adding some objectivity into how people respond to what is said by someone not from their own hometown or country is good?

Well that was gonna be what I suggest, that it probably IS a steam issue or rather the mods were not meant to work with the steam version of the game is my point.

But need to talk to the mod makers for clarity for that.

Just because you think that clans are rigging matches it doesn't mean it is occurring, if you see this occurring, put a ticket in with a replay.

We are not going to over complicate MM with even more rules.

That being said, the majority of clan players that see other clan players on the other team often focus those players.

If you think someone is "rigging" a game, send a ticket in with the replay. The Replay is sufficient.

Also keep in mind, for the most part, clan members fighting other clan members will focus their people down not "rig" a game.

Well yes, not everyone is able to do this, or well. But it comes with experience and time, I will tell you I have become VERY good at hitting ships in smoke and I have definitely been killed sitting in smoke because I tater'd and SAT instead of moved around in smoke.

But by this logic, with the HP that DDs have, even you hitting them with 1 of 6 shells will do LARGE amounts of damage to a DD comparatively to 1 of 6 shells hitting a BB in most cases.

So I am one of the advocates for taking a look at AP FYI, I will tell you that I have seen some "overpen" shots that have had me saying "hmmmmmm" also,

That being said, I am curious to see how shots will look and what you receive changes when we fully patch the current Dsync issue. Because IMO, this COULD be part of the problem, you're seeing a shot go into the "meat" of a ship, but it actually is not.....
