How did I not? She asked about why people would seal club at lower tiers? I mentioned that that I do not understand it either, as the reward is better at mid tiers vs lower tiers. I do just fine at tier VI and up to the point that tier IV's are a waste in terms of cost vs reward.

I will concede that she asked why we don't make them more "realistic," but my reasoning for not answering that is because, well it has been answered MANY times on this forum, and I did not think that answering with the standard answer that everyone sees, that his is an arcade game, not a simulator was prudent.

Also, you can say of me what you will, my responses as above were the same to many posts well before working for WG. As an Alpha Tester myself, I'm sorry you do not remember those things. But I digress. I had mentioned also that asking questions as she did was the right thing, which every player should and I do not mean to derail this thread.

Suppose I don't necessarily understand what there is to farm. You can get significantly more FXP, credits and damage as a tier VI CV. I am not saying it isn't possible or a good tactic, but I just don't see the overall benefit compared to playing mid-tiers or premiums.

Congrats! I have a lot of fun in Thunderer and when I am playing a CV if I get near them, I don't typically like the results :) but as stated, if you hold the "CTRL" button and go to the gear (which I have one of the red arrows pointing at) a pop up will occur and you can click or de-click boxes of information you want on the mini-map (red lines coming from). And the ranges will show up on the circles as well (also pointed at with an arrow)

I would like to address a few things here.

Unfortunately with the ships dropping into battles with the numbers at tier IV to say VI the number of CV's in que means that you will get more often than not, more than 1 CV. Though I cannot comment on changes that have not been announced yet I will say this is being looked at currently.

At this time lower tier battles can be challenging to get through as the learning curve is quite steep. But you are taking the first correct step, which is asking other players for advice and how they play. Try to, as difficult as I know it is, to ignore the trolling and nonconstructive responses to your questions. And I hope you do not feel deterred from asking questions!

CO-OP is a mode is a perfect game type for those people that do not wish to play against other players. Which I can understand as some people do not take online game play as serious as those that focus solely on Random.

RNG was not your friend I have actually been in a Jean Bart and lost both my main turrets with almost all my HP remaining.... It was an um, interesting battle... I played it like a "scouting secondary tank"

Just my 2 cents, with the current meta, I have started re-specing all my BB Captains for both. Especially if you are someone that drives your BB's as a tank or punching bag as I do often. I have started spec'ing away from secondary build on certain secondary BB's and started focusing on survival builds and have better results in game now. Again though, this is just how I like to BB.

Though I totally understand that you are venting, I do not believe that this topic will continue or end well and so I am going to lock it. My advice to you, as with any game, over time breaks are good. Take some time, take a breathe. All that being said, how you lend advice or suggest others to help them improve game play won't always be taken well, or even noticed if they have chat shut off case in point. Furthermore, try not to flame spray other players whether in game or on these forums and that advice will be more readily received.
