Update 0.9.1 will continue the British update cycle

The event will consist of directives, new unique commander Andrew Cunningham, and British heavy cruisers which will be leaving early access.

The new commander has three talents:

After receiving 2 "Caused flooding" ribbons, ship and squadron maximum speeds are increased by 5%.


After receiving 2 "Destroyed" ribbons, an additional charge is added to all consumables.


After receiving the "Witherer" achievement, the reload time of the main battery and torpedo tubes, as well as aircraft restoration time, are reduced by 10%.

All three talents can be activated once per battle.

Andrew Cunningham also has the following improved skills:

Jack of All Trades - Reduces reload time of all consumables for the ship and squadrons by 10% instead of the basic 5%;


Aircraft Armor - Decreases the...

Squadron's consumables Modification 1 (slot # 5):

Bonus to the action time of a squadron's consumables increased from 30% to 50%:

The upgrade was inferior in efficiency to other upgrades in the fifth slot.

Enhanced Countermeasures (Worcester unique upgrade, slot # 5):

Bonus to the action time of the "Surveillance Radar" consumable increased from 10% to 20%.

This bonus is being increased to emphasize the difference between the unique Worcester upgrade and the new " Ship's consumables Modification 1 " upgrade, which will be available to other ships in the same slot while having similar bonuses.

Also, many of you have raised concerns about how some of the new upgrades may affect game balance. For example, the upgrade "Torpedo protection system (slot # 5)" may be too effective against ships equipped with low-detectability torpedoes. Naval lighting is based on color to help determine from a distance what the aspect of the ship is. So that being said if at a distance I see Red lights showing and no green, I am on it's port or left side. Hopefully that doesn't confuse too much.

I cannot speak for World of Tanks but there is NO SKILL BASED MM for World of Warships and more than likely there never will be. Because there are so many mechanics that people may judge as "having skill" that it would be impossible to work out and make functional in random battles.

It's probably a better idea to make judgement and inference off data that exists or actual posted policy.

Just want to mirror what @Femennenlystated in her reply. This is dead on. Believe it or not (and perhaps many will not) her and I both surf these forums and reply with mostly our views and opinions (I say mostly because obviously we have to quote what statistics, mechanics and policy we go off of). So though we work for WeeGee, we still both will give you our views if you ask (also assuming we won't break NDA of course).

But also remember that if posts or replies rudder hard over (see what I did there) more than likely we won't be as responsive as you may like.

I was actually replying with an almost duplicate reply as she threw up, but her forum-foo is more black belt level than mine!

Nope, you used to be able to sight in and as you zoomed towards the target your view actually elevated like it does when you launch a spotter now.

So the ability to have that view changed I believe almost 3 yrs ago, maybe 2 yrs ago. I know what you're talking about. The only way you can get that view now is to launch a spotter, obviously on a ship that has a spotter.

TBH, I bought Indomitable when it came out... and I HAVE NOT looked at any other tier VIII Prem CV since. Just my 2 cents (PERSONAL opinion) it's probably better than most of the tier VIII CV's.

That being said, I don't play my CV's like a lot of people do, so peoples views may differ from mine. My CV play is focused mostly on supporting the team, not trying to get my end game results on top, though playing this fashion often ends up with me mid to upper part of the team score board.

I focus spotting, fighter dropping, fire starting. Her bombers, if managed right can do quite a bit of damage to cruisers with minimal loss to the aircraft. And that is vs all tiers.

AGAIN, this is just me and my opinion though! Take it for what you will.

So you might have gotten the wrong font color on your survey screen, but if you open your image you can see that it says "You have already taken this survey. Thank you for your opinion!" Which would mean you already took that survey and the button was an automated pop up probably in game.
