We were aware of the error message and this has been corrected, I have just ran a few runs on NB and it is adding correctly for me, could you run a WGCheck and put a ticket in?

Think you're looking for: Settings/Controls/Alternative Interface mode set that to full

If you're doing this, you already know the answer. If you're playing competitively you shouldn't be taking "risky shots" you should be working with your team mates to take ships out without those risky shots.
If you're worried about shooting team mates in CB or Ranked there are bigger issues that should be focused.

The point of this is so that your team isn't handicapped by having HP removed due to careless team mates.
How does removing ALL income from a battle dumbing down the game? Right now, you can TK, still get XP and credits etc from a battle, be even in a pink status or locked to coop and go out and still repeat the same offense. With this new system, your team doesn't get punished with losing HP, the offender can lose all income from a battle.

If you're fairly certain you've encountered a bug, we'd like to encourage you to submit it to the Game Support section of the WoWS ticket queues, within a section where bugs are asked for, or to create a post within this sub-forum.
Remove your mods and try again before sending in a bug report as mods tend to be the culprit, YES I know we have made it automatic, I will state it as I am sure someone will find a workaround.
DO NOT just move your old mods into the new mods folder, make sure they are updated!

You do know that ALL military equipment designs are done so by private companies right? The country that is looking for a specific thing, puts a challenge out to contractors, they come up with ideas and design, submit them and those countries decide what they want. Though some countries do or used to have their own designers typically they work with those companies to execute a plan.
