The PTS servers were live as per their schedule, there was no deviation, so not sure what you're getting at stating there was a lie. It always tells you local time and PT time.
As for the testing of two ships, those are the only two ships that are going to be going live in Grand Battle, we can't exactly add more ships than are going to be available. The entire point of you not being able to always play them was to get them to interact with other ships, not just themselves.
As for the rewards from PTS, this has NEVER been immediate. It has always been some time after the PTS, typically after the patch goes live.

Since this post is not going anywhere, it is now closed. If you have evidence of EULA/TOS violations, please send those in with a CS ticket, posting publicly is not the way you fix an issue.
That being said, naming and shaming is also not allowed, if you are going to post pictures names should be blocked out.

There were the most pirates in this event than we ever had, 611, they played focused tiers, which if you look at the article the schedule was there. All you needed to do was play the tier ships during the times that the pirates were on. They all played a MASSIVE amount of battles.
The reason these bounty volunteers were focused on specific tiers was because those tiers were the most played by the overall community and so that the community knew where they would be focused.

Since we are incapable of following directions this topic is no longer relevant.
That being said, some of you might want to read the EULA and TOS (you know the thing you click okay to and don't really read when you install any software), before making statements about anything legally when it comes to game development or ownership. Also, almost all EULA's and TOS' state almost the exact same things.
