Keep in mind, the Kidd is a Gun boat DD with Torpedoes. She is a Fletcher variant at tier VIII, the variant part is where she is meant to be an AA gun boat DD and as such, can be very powerful, having torpedoes that load at the speed of a Fletch (109 sec base) would, though which would be amazing to me, make her a bit OP. So in order to balance her performance her torp reload time was increased.

Just curious, do you guys use any mods? I have been trying to get this but, changing UI settings etc and yet am to reproduce it. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with UI scaling or a mod specifically.

There is no reason to be toxic. If you see this, report them, there are thousands of posts every day, its impossible for us to catch them all, this is why the report option exists.

At the end of the day, we have stated multiple times. The reason for this is so your team is not handicapped with lost HP or possibly a lost ship due to trolling or a team mates mistake.

Just because you haven't seen action and you have sent reports doesn't mean we don't do this. I see reports every single week on our actions. I assure you actions are taken.
The biggest problem, A LOT of accounts that people claim are bots are just players that aren't particularly good.

Well like I said, it helps us if we get reports. But that being said, we are always looking at activity to check these things.

I cannot share details, but I will tell you, botting is NOT as big an issue as some think on the NA server.
