The snowflakes do not go live until the update is applied on Monday as per the portal article.

Some of the skills were meant to replace old ones and some are brand new, if it was a skill that replaced the old one, that is probably why it is still selected.

That being said, if you don't agree with having it, this is why skill resets will be free throughout 0.10.0 so that you can rebuild them. There is going to be skills that are new that you may want to use and some you don't.

Funny because we have literally only done operations on our stream 3 times.... if you have better idea's for what you'd like to see on the streams, feel free to fill out the survey during the stream and give us feedback, since overwhelmingly the responses were that the community wanted and enjoys us playing the operations.

If you want your feedback to be part of OUR REPORT that I put together after every single PTS that our Devs directly look at and HAVE made changes directly from post PTS then you will do as I request. I CAN at least get you an answer even if you were to do this.

That being said if you are going to believe what you say, then what exactly is the point of your post? Because these forums exist more so than you realize for us to have an avenue to gather community feedback.

There have been A LOT of changes especially to items during a PTS session that were changed directly as a result of the feedback given. You can and I know you will think what you will, however, if you wish for me to feed this up to try to get an answer or update on what you're asking then I'd suggest you please do as I requested.

So specifically on Ovechkin? Which one are you talking about (because there are multiple Ovechkins), because if you look at the screenshots of the one I have for US he actually got BUFFED.

Literally no contempt, if someone states they want a refund, there is no benefit to saying you want it here in the forums, there is NOTHING I can do from here.

The place for refunds is in a CS ticket, because that is where they handle refunds.

Could you do me a favor please and put this feedback on the actual FEEDBACK post here.

With your screenshots, but also open up the "All Skills" and show that those enhanced skills are on one class and not the other?
