2. How to reproduce
Exact steps need to be made to reproduce the issue
Example: 1.Take Iowa battleship with spotting-aircraft equipped 2. Go in battle 3. Try to launch spotting-aircraft

3. Result
What's the result of the issue.
Example: after pressing spotting-aircraft activating button you can hear an aircraft sound but nothing happens, the aircraft stands still.

Premiums still function as premiums so if a Captain is trained on the Baltimore say and you put them on the Alabama, there is no retraining (putting them on a premium) and the skill set that is active is the BB skill set (premium ship).

I literally said I am reading through the questions...

We are updated the mission descriptions but to clarify:

"Please, note, that the correct amount of rewards for 13th Brawl is 5000 coal, 3 000 000 credits and 120 000 Elite Commander XP. These rewards are evenly split among two combat mission chains. The first chain will be replaced with the second on 19 December at 06:00 UTC"

I do agree the at it could be worded better and already sent the feedback about that up.

That being said, I myself do not get eyes on these articles ahead of time and read them when they go live. So I read the same line and kept reading, saw the schedule, converted it to my local time and understood what the meaning was. I guess for me, if I read a schedule then the schedule is what I follow.

It isn't exactly ambiguous, we state something at the top and clarify at the bottom.

The schedule on the article has the the times for NA as:

NA: 16:00 — 09:00 UTC (10AM-3AM Central time)

If you look at the schedule you will see we stop for a gap during the LATE night when server pops are lowest.
