If you put a CS ticket in, you can directly ask why you were given the pink status, it may not have been as a result from the battle you are thinking.
They can directly tell you which battle or what ship you were in etc if you ask them.

We say this all the time on the streams.
It is an issue with Twitch.
The twitch missions, twitch containers and the Twitch prime drops are all different.
So you could get containers and not the mission.
The fix for this, is to unlink your account and relink your account if you have not yet gotten the mission and watched for the appropriate time. If this is still not dropping for you, please put a ticket in and let them know what all you have done.
Hopefully they straightened out the issue with your specific account.

The ability to swap accounts is through the WGC now, so your credentials can be saved on it instead of having to type in the different log in.

We have recently released a fix for the problem of excessive loss of planes. However, although the losses of planes have decreased compared to the first days of the update 0.9.9, they are still slightly higher than in the previous version. We are currently investigating the causes of this problem. If you encounter problems related to aircraft carriers in the update 0.9.9 please share with us any information you have (WGCheck, replays, screenshots, etc.) in CS tickets.

I'm not sure where you are getting information that we are "losing money" or that we are "hemorrhaging" players but this is not true at all. In fact the exact opposite globally and regionally is occurring.
What we're doing is focusing our efforts toward development and support based around the overall larger community.
The MacOS community for World of Warships is, unfortunately, extremely small comparatively to our overall population.
Furthermore, in order to make World of Warships correctly function on a MAC it takes quite a bit of development resources to maintain. Refocusing on the larger community will allow us to better support that community, functionality and development overall.

You might have encountered an issue with the rental Midway being available not only for Clan Battles, but for other battle types as well. To fix the issue, we’ve canceled the combat mission to obtain rental Midway and removed the ship from the owner’s accounts. Sorry for the possible inconvenience.
