We have a PTS, unfortunately not everything gets caught during PTS. Sometimes things slip by, which is why on patch days we pay very close attention to trends in feedback, why we have a bug report section and a feedback section here in the forums, why I ask people to put tickets in or PM me issues and leave feedback.
Sometimes the best way to discover issues is on live, because the volume of players playing is SIGNIFICANTLY higher.

So we are looking into this more, last night I played my tier X CVs and didn't notice much difference in my the play, but did notice some interesting things with the Tier VIIIs.
As a result of all the feedback, we're digging further!

So, I'll do some digging but the ONLY thing we did to CVs in this patch were the reticles listed in the patch notes.
I played a battle in each tier X CV today, and did not note a performance change to the aircraft or ordinance, so I am not sure where this is coming from.
I WILL say the adjustments to the reticles (visual changes only) do make it look like the aiming system has changed, but I have found it to be more functional.
I will however, bring up the concern and get back to you.

If you're fairly certain you've encountered a bug, we'd like to encourage you to submit it to the Game Support section of the WoWS ticket queues, within a section where bugs are asked for, or to create a post within this sub-forum.
Remove your mods and try again before sending in a bug report as mods tend to be the culprit, YES I know we have made it automatic, I will state it as I am sure someone will find a workaround.
DO NOT just move your old mods into the new mods folder, make sure they are updated!

Your profiles are still kept on the individual servers, this purely only effects the game you play locally

Okay... sure, you can keep as many clients on your computer as you would like..... But there is no real reason for almost any player to have more than one client on their computer other than the PTS.
Considering the size of the client and the size of the updates, doing so would take up a lot of computer resources.
This is a HUGE quality of life improvement for most people. For most players this will have ZERO impact as most do not play on multiple servers.

The only clients that need to remain on your computer are the PTS and whatever main client you use regularly (or chose to keep).

This was announced over a month ago when we first announced the 0.9.9 patch.
We stated it on the EU stream and the NA stream (multiple times), there have been multiple conversations about this since we announced it on these forums as well since we announced it in the DB back on August 28th: https://blog.worldofwarships.com/blog/68
How you uninstall the client is up to you, whether you use windows, Steam or the WGC, I just removed the EU and Asia clients off my computer using the Uninstall option in the WGC.

No.
This is purely for players that have had 2 or more clients because they play on multiple live servers. Now you only need one client to play on all servers.
That being said you still need separate log ins as the profiles themselves will be different.

We have put this out several times since the initial release of this patch in test and DB.
Players are only required to maintain the one copy of the client and one PTS client, which live client you maintain is purely up to you as you only need to have ONE COPY on your hard drive, your logins will of course be maintained by you as well.
And to be quite frank @iDuckman it would be a VERY good idea to uninstall early so the client doesn't try to update multiple clients which it does not NEED to do anymore.

In order to maintain that level of productivity, we unfortunately have to cease support for macOS.
The popularity of this operating system (OS) is quite low among our players. Aside from that, this OS has a number of specific features that take a lot of time and effort to manage on the part of our Dev Team. This has a negative impact on game development and hampers our ability to add new content and improvements. Bearing all these factors in mind, we've decided to cease support for macOS.
Support for the macOS operating system will cease with the release of Update 0.10.0. World of Warships will perform as intended on computers running Windows 7 x64 / 8.1 / 10.

This is correct, the overall RP that you will get for a line is 10,200 after this patch drops. (With the exception of your first reset line of course, where it doubles)

The rebalancing of CV XP was purely to speed the progress out of tier IV and is not related at all in this case.
If we changed the overall RP you could get, we would have said so, this is an additional reward.
