Firstly, our CS reps work VERY hard to ensure that ALL CS tickets are handled to the best of their abilities, even, often contacting community managers later in the day after working hours to ask questions so they can have a better understanding of what tickets might be for.
I am not sure what you are referencing but NO WHERE in the correspondence that you showed screenshots of (which BTW you only gave us 4 hrs to respond to your ticket on, on a late evening) or in this thread has anyone made any compare or contrast or any related comments that were political. Could you elaborate what you're talking about? Also, if you look at @foodprinter's tag, you'll see he is a CS rep and will I am sure gladly help you if you PM him.
