Aloha,
Ripple fire is actually very important if you're engaging someone in a turn, you can kind of predict ahead and try to land shots in the turn.

Folks,
Thanks for all your feedback, especially on the Asymmetrical battles! For the future to please ensure you are reading the notes in the FB post of the OP, A LOT of the questions asked here could be cleared up by simply reading those articles. Next round I will make sure I put the up/down times in those articles, normally I do, not sure why I missed this.
Questions about your rewards on the live server can also be answered in the PTS articles we post on the portal. Furthermore, as a reminder during almost all of our PTS sessions you DO NOT test the test ships, you are testing mechanics, game modes etc.
Mahalo,

And also that during almost all of our PTS sessions you DO NOT test the test ships, you are testing mechanics, game modes etc.

I mean, if I knew when this would or if this would happen, I wouldn't even be able to tell you until we publicly announce such a thing, so I am not sure what you want me to say here... The console and the PC versions of World of Warships, believe it or not, are 100% separate divisions and essentially a different came, though some of the mechanics and graphics are the same. So, just because in a console game it may have a mechanic or disclosure, it does not mean we will.

Reporting rule violations is 100% what the conversation in this OP is about.
In any game, players should and will follow the rules, and if they do not, then that should be handled directly.
Someones anger should NOT influence the enjoyment of the game for others. That level of toxicity is not welcome.

See this is where I have a problem.
Because I am VERY passionate person, and you can ask anyone I work with or the folks that you might see me divisioned with on the regular. I literally wouldn't be in this position if I wasn't passionate about World of Warships. When I retired from the Navy I didn't need this position at all, I intended to fully retire and just be a student. I was told by a couple friends I needed to apply for this position because they knew I would do well in it. Because I don't need the job, I WANT the job. I don't know if someone would volunteer to work 12 hour days Mon-Fri and then work weekends often too... but I do because I LOVE this position and the game.
When I am passionate about something I learn everything I can about that thing so I can be better at it. Case in point, I never had interest in playing CVs prior to the rework, after, to help my DD play, I started playing them. And got a better understanding of the mechanic...
Read moreI have done this on EU and NA, so has Crystantos and MrConway......
A: toxicity in general in games doesn't bug me, because I KNOW people can't control themselves even though they should...
and
B: I also know how to play ships to support teams, so often times I actually get compliments when I play CVs and DDs.
I also play World of Warships to support my team, which, I know, shock, isn't normal, which often tends to help people understand what is going on more.

I'm sorry guys, but if you're getting this angry... you need to find a better hobby or you need to take a break...
I have NEVER played any game that has ever made me act out in these fashions...
But then again, I handle every single interaction as if I am talking to a person face to face. And I would NEVER talk to another human being in the fashion face to face, that I see sometimes coming from players in chat, on stream or in PMs.
There is NOTHING wrong with stepping away and taking breaks if you are getting worked up.
But TBH, human to human, toxicity is purely on the person spewing it.
This goes for real life and gaming.

You only have 700 battles so far, don't focus on your stats, focus on learning the game mechanics and just enjoying the game right now.
If you're at 12,000 with a 40% W/R, then I think advice would be warranted overall.
However, the best advice I personally can give you, SLOW AND STEADY wins the race, do not hurry into a fight, take your time, be deliberate with your actions. Focus on learning the basics, what to shoot at when, what angles to be at, your own gun ranges, concealment, etc...
