Terms of Service Reminders
  • Editing local config files to change in-game appearance is against terms of service and bannable (uncapping FPS, limiting FPS, or changing font region are the only allowed changes)
  • Teaming is bannable. This includes not killing your friends in queue snipes while killing others. Play normal.

Known Bugs
  • Ability tooltips may not have correct stats. This will be fixed in patch 7. If in doubt, check this document: {LINK REMOVED}https://bit.ly/realmstats
  • Dragon’s Peak and Captain’s Folly have known collision issues

Year 10 Celebration - 10 Million Gem Giveaway!

We’re halfway through Year 10 and what better way to celebrate than with the BIGGEST GEM GIVEAWAY EVER!

Now through August 17 over 10 Million Gems are up for grabs. And the best part? All you have to do is play SMITE to be eligible to receive a share of the pool! Here’s how things will work out:

  • Dates: July 28 (first winner drawn at 11 am ET) - August 18 (final winner drawn at 10:30 am ET)
  • Every 30 minutes a random winner will be selected from the pool of players who have played at least 1 game in the past hour
  • Each winner receives 10,000 Gems (for a total of 1,008 unique winners with a total prize pool of 10,080,000 Gems)

The team is looking into this. You should be logged into the game after a couple of minutes of waiting on that black screen.

Edit/Update - We believe this issue has been resolved!

Can't claim the colorforge event chest. On console

If you're on console, make sure to navigate down to the claim button and use A for Xbox + Switch or X for PlayStation.

You'll see it highlighted when you've selected it successfully.

We're aware and working on a fix for this. In the meantime logging out and back into your xbox account on your console should fix the issue.

Hi all wanted to drop a comment in here just so you all have visibility on what the team is working on known issue wise after yesterday's update.

Top Known Issues

  • Matches crashing: We've made some back end changes to improve stability and are continuing to monitor.
  • Xbox silver players unable to join queues. TEMP FIX: Sign out/in of your Xbox account. However, bringing up Xbox guide will likely put you in a broken state again. We're working on a better solution.
  • Colorforge chest reward unable to claim after 3 matches: Console players will need to navigate down to the button callout then claim.
  • Demonic Pact Hud theme disabled until further notice
  • Glorious Pridwen disabled until further notice
