If you're on console, make sure to navigate down to the claim button and use A for Xbox + Switch or X for PlayStation.
You'll see it highlighted when you've selected it successfully.
We're aware and working on a fix for this. In the meantime logging out and back into your xbox account on your console should fix the issue.

Dev note: We receive many reports from people that aren’t participating in the queues that send reports players are teaming (not killing others, while killing them). These frequent reports are the reason we had to make this decision. We have the intention of adding “customizable customs” in a future patch that may allow a lower minimum number of players and enable bots to give a place for these types of games.

Looks like you may be in Jungle Practice based off your screenshot.
You will need to swap outside of a match in the Lobby, and relog into SMITE for the chance to take effect.
